A classic padel court built to last
A classic padel court features a strong, aesthetic, and practical structure designed for long-term outdoor use. The glass section of the structure is reinforced with 16 column sets, ensuring greater stability and secure fixation of the glass panels.
The entire metal framework is engineered to significantly improve resistance to outdoor wind loads and to ensure safe use even in challenging environmental conditions.

Built around the way padel is played
Padel is played in doubles on an enclosed court measuring 20 x 10 m. The glass walls and the mesh fencing are part of the game: the ball stays live after it rebounds off them, which is what creates padel’s long rallies and makes the sport easy to start and hard to master.
Because the ball and the players are in constant contact with the enclosure, every element of the court – the glass, the fencing, the fixings, the turf and the lighting – is specified for that load rather than for appearance alone.
Equipment and structural reinforcement
All posts of the metal structure are additionally reinforced with large cross-section square profiles, providing greater strength, rigidity, and overall structural integrity.
This ensures reliable court performance even under intensive use and challenging weather conditions.

Everything needed for a complete court
The court is equipped with 18 units of 12 mm G1 tempered glass panels, 3 mm hot-dip galvanized steel tubes, 4 mm hot-dip galvanized steel mesh, reinforced artificial turf, IP65-rated LED lights suitable for outdoor use, 304 stainless steel bolts, and all necessary fasteners, joints, and additional components required for full court installation.
Columns and beams
Material and corrosion resistance
All columns and beams are made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel. The dimensions of the steel columns are 80 x 80 x 3 mm.
Hot-dip galvanized steel offers excellent anti-corrosion properties – it does not rust, peel, or lose its color even after long-term outdoor use.

Mesh fence
Double protection and safe edges
The mesh fence is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel. The manufacturing process is carried out in two stages: first, the steel and mesh are treated using the hot-dip galvanizing method, and in the second stage, the surface is coated using electrostatic powder coating technology.
The mesh frame size is 1 x 2 m, the wire diameter is 4 mm, and the mesh opening size is 50 x 50 mm. The edges of the mesh are specially protected against scratches and snagging, ensuring safe use.
Bolts and fastening elements
304 stainless steel – reliability for outdoor use
All accessories and bolts are made of 304 stainless steel intended for outdoor installation. They do not rust throughout their service life, are strong, do not deform, and feature an aesthetic, high-quality finish.

Tempered (float) glass
12 mm G1 glass panels for safety and durability
A special 12 mm thick explosion-resistant tempered glass is used, compliant with the European standard EN 12150-1.
Dimensions: 2990 x 1995 mm. Quantity: 18 pcs. Thickness: 12 mm.
The highest-quality float glass is used in production, free from impurities, which significantly reduces the risk of spontaneous breakage after tempering and extends the service life of the glass.
Glass certification and impact testing
Certifications: SGCC, IGCC, ISO, CSI, SAI Global, AS/NZS 4666, CCC, CE.
Properties: impact resistance, sandbag impact test, and fragment condition compliant with GB 15763.2-2005 (Safety Glass for Building Materials, Part 2 – Tempered Glass).
It also complies with AS/NZS 2208:1996, EN 12150-1, CAN/CGSB 12.1-2017, and ANSI Z97.1-2015.

Artificial turf for padel courts
Professional artificial grass solution
The court is fitted with premium-quality artificial turf specially designed for padel courts. It complies with the GB/T 20394-2006 premium standard for sports artificial grass and offers excellent resistance to wear, UV radiation, fire, and antibacterial properties.
This artificial grass model is one of the highest-grade products, specially manufactured for padel courts.
Grass fibre and backing
KDK technology, reinforced backing, and longer service life
The grass fiber material is made from PE plastic granules with high linear density. Thanks to KDK technology and a special manufacturing process, the grass fibers retain their color and shape over a long period, extending the lifespan of the surface.
The backing fabric is made of a double-layer twill weave, which provides greater tear resistance and reduces the risk of wrinkling that may occur due to thick yarns and high density. The reverse side is coated with a polyurethane layer, which maximally secures the fibers and extends the product’s service life.

Turf certificates and compliance with standards
CE, ROHS, GB/T 21604-2008 (skin irritation test), GB 21510-2008 (antibacterial and antifungal testing), Lisport (wear resistance – 150,000 cycles), SGS (UV resistance – UVA 5000 hours), GB/T 20394-2013 (fire resistance test), REACH 205 (European standard), GB/T 20394-2019 (all tests), GB 36246-2018 (all tests).
IP65 LED lighting for play after dark
The court is supplied with IP65-rated LED lights suitable for outdoor use. The IP65 rating means the fixtures are dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction, so the lighting keeps working through rain, dust and temperature changes.
Mounted on the court structure itself, the fixtures light the playing surface evenly and extend the usable hours of the court into the evening and through the darker months of the year.

A court that works as a venue
The classic configuration is the most widely used padel court layout and the most straightforward to install, maintain and repair: individual glass panels sit between visible supporting columns, so a single panel can be replaced without dismantling the whole wall.
It suits commercial padel clubs, hotels and resorts, municipal sports facilities and private installations alike, and several courts can be placed side by side on one site.
