Tempered glass and artificial turf

Tempered glass with 8 countersunk holes

The glass complies with the European standard EN 12150-1 and is CE certified. The set includes 18 glass panels, each measuring 2995 × 1995 mm. The highest-quality tempered float glass is used in production. Quality control is carried out at every stage of manufacturing. The glass features perfectly polished edges and precisely finished countersunk holes, with no scratches or chips on the surface. This not only provides an aesthetic appearance, but also further increases the strength of the tempered glass.

Artificial turf

Material: high linear-density PE plastic granules

• Density: 58,800 stitches / m² – an even and dense surface for intensive use
• Fiber thickness (Dtex): 10,000 – strong and durable fibers
• High tear resistance and durability – suitable for professional sports use
• Reduced risk of wrinkling – maintains a smooth and neat surface
• Base fabric: integrated double-layer twill-woven structure
• White lines are woven directly into the turf – no additional gluing or manual joining required
• Direct installation on the court – installation time can be reduced by approximately 3 days
• Glass thickness 12 mm and 8 countersunk holes for fixing

Surface coating (powder coating)

Material: premium-quality powder coating designed for outdoor use

Cutting, drilling, and processing

• All components are processed using CNC intelligent digital machinery

Welding

• Each wire mesh segment is welded individually (1:1), ensuring a precise and solid structure
• Greater strength and durability – increased resistance to mechanical loads

Powder coating (spraying)

A new-technology electrostatic powder coating system is used, ensuring multi-layer protection:

• First: electrostatic spraying of zinc-based powder designed for outdoor conditions
• Then: two additional layers of high-quality outdoor powder coating
• Automated high-capacity coating line – consistent quality and process precision
• Uniform color without shade variations – high aesthetic quality
• Very strong corrosion protection – long-lasting resistance to rust even in demanding outdoor conditions

LED lighting system

The court is equipped with IP65-rated waterproof LED lights suitable for outdoor use. The system is easy to install, and the direction of the light can be conveniently adjusted according to the court’s lighting requirements. The lighting consists of 8 groups of LED fixtures, each with a power output of 200 W. The lighting columns are integrated inside the fence, preserving the clean and aesthetic design of the super panoramic court. The column height is 6000 mm, and the lighting level reaches up to 300 lx, ensuring even illumination during play. The luminaire housing is slim, lightweight, and made of materials designed for outdoor use, ensuring durability and resistance to environmental impact.
