Concrete foundation for a super panoramic padel court
A high-quality super panoramic padel court must be installed on a properly prepared concrete foundation, as this is the only way to ensure the overall stability and long-term durability of the structure. The recommended dimensions of the concrete foundation for one court are 20.8 m in length x 10.8 m in width.
The concrete layer must be at least 15 cm thick, and the foundation must be reinforced with 12 mm diameter steel bars. The spacing between the reinforcement bars must be 25 cm.
After the concrete work is completed, it is essential to check that the foundation is level and meets all installation requirements.
Mesh fence
Galvanized wire with protected edges
The mesh fence is made of hot-dip galvanized wire: wire diameter – 4 mm, mesh opening size – 50 x 50 mm, frame dimensions – 1 x 2 m.
The edges of the mesh are additionally treated to protect against scratches and hook formation. The wire mesh is coated with electrostatic zinc powder coating, giving the surface a smooth, aesthetic, durable, and attractive finish.
Mesh manufacturing, welding and finish
All technical parameters comply with GB15065-94 and IE60502 standards, and the water absorption rate is 0%.
The mesh is manufactured from individually welded monofilaments, which gives the structure greater strength and impact resistance. Each wire mesh segment is welded individually (1:1), ensuring a precise and solid structure and increased resistance to mechanical loads.
All welding points are ground and rounded, so there are no sharp or protruding elements, and smooth, finished welding points eliminate the risk of scratches during play. After shot blasting, the mesh surface is coated with high-quality zinc powder, ensuring better coating adhesion and a higher aesthetic standard.
Columns and beams
Q235B steel with a multi-layer anti-corrosion coating
Material: high-quality Q235B steel. Treatment: hot-dip galvanized, multi-layer anti-corrosion coating.
The thick galvanizing layer (3 layers) is resistant to corrosion and rust, with a service life of more than 20 years even in rainy conditions, and gives the court high stability and structural strength.

The fittings give a high level of safety with stable and secure glass installation, stay rust-free throughout the entire service life in outdoor conditions, and offer high strength and resistance to deformation for secure glass fixing.
Their clean, modern finish keeps the appearance of the court professional.
Tempered glass with 8 countersunk holes
The glass complies with the European standard EN 12150-1 and is CE certified. The set includes 18 glass panels, each measuring 2995 x 1995 mm.
The highest-quality tempered float glass is used in production and quality control is carried out at every stage of manufacturing. The glass features perfectly polished edges and precisely finished countersunk holes, with no scratches or chips on the surface.
This not only provides an aesthetic appearance, but also further increases the strength of the tempered glass. Glass thickness is 12 mm with 8 countersunk holes for fixing.
Glass certification and performance
Material: premium-quality float glass, compliant with EN 12150-1.
Certifications: SGCC, IGCC, ISO, CSI, SAI Global, AS/NZS 4666, CCC, CE. Special explosion-resistant tempered glass with an extremely low risk of spontaneous breakage after tempering, ensuring a longer service life.
High heat resistance – up to 5 times more resistant than ordinary float glass and capable of withstanding sudden temperature differences of up to 300 C.
Artificial turf
High linear-density PE fibres with woven-in lines
Material: high linear-density PE plastic granules. Fiber thickness (Dtex): 10,000 – strong and durable fibers. Density: 58,800 stitches / m2 – an even and dense surface for intensive use.
Premium-quality turf backing: PP + PP + SBR (3 layers) for stability and long-term durability, with an integrated double-layer twill-woven base fabric. High tear resistance and durability make it suitable for professional sports use, with a reduced risk of wrinkling so the surface stays smooth and neat.
White lines are woven directly into the turf, so no additional gluing or manual joining is required. The turf is installed directly on the court, which can reduce installation time by approximately 3 days.
Powder coating and surface finish
A premium-quality powder coating designed for outdoor use is applied with a new-technology electrostatic system that builds up multi-layer protection: first, electrostatic spraying of zinc-based powder designed for outdoor conditions, then two additional layers of high-quality outdoor powder coating.
An automated high-capacity coating line keeps quality and process precision consistent, producing a uniform color without shade variations.
The result is excellent surface adhesion – the coating is strong, durable, and resistant to peeling or flaking – with very strong corrosion protection and an even, smooth, visually appealing surface.
Cutting, drilling and processing
All components are processed using CNC intelligent digital machinery.
High dimensional accuracy means parts are manufactured according to technical drawing requirements, with no dimensional deviations, which optimizes installation: installation time and costs are reduced by up to 35%.
LED lighting system
The court is equipped with IP65-rated waterproof LED lights suitable for outdoor use. The system is easy to install, and the direction of the light can be conveniently adjusted according to the court’s lighting requirements.
The lighting consists of 8 groups of LED fixtures, each with a power output of 200 W. The lighting columns are integrated inside the fence, preserving the clean and aesthetic design of the super panoramic court. The column height is 6000 mm, and the lighting level reaches up to 300 lx, ensuring even illumination during play.
The luminaire housing is slim, lightweight, and made of materials designed for outdoor use, ensuring durability and resistance to environmental impact.
