Columns and beams

Material and corrosion resistance

All columns and beams are made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel. The dimensions of the steel columns are 80 × 80 × 3 mm. Hot-dip galvanized steel offers excellent anti-corrosion properties — it does not rust, peel, or lose its color even after long-term outdoor use.

Mesh fence

Double protection and safe edges

The mesh fence is made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel. The manufacturing process is carried out in two stages: first, the steel and mesh are treated using the hot-dip galvanizing method, and in the second stage, the surface is coated using electrostatic powder coating technology.

The mesh frame size is 1 × 2 m, the wire diameter is 4 mm, and the mesh opening size is 50 × 50 mm. The edges of the mesh are specially protected against scratches and snagging, ensuring safe use.

Bolts and fastening elements

304 stainless steel – reliability for outdoor use

All accessories and bolts are made of 304 stainless steel intended for outdoor installation. They do not rust throughout their service life, are strong, do not deform, and feature an aesthetic, high-quality finish.

Tempered (float) glass

12 mm G1 glass panels for safety and durability

A special 12 mm thick explosion-resistant tempered glass is used, compliant with the European standard EN 12150-1. Certifications: SGCC, IGCC, ISO, CSI, SAI Global, AS/NZS 4666, CCC, CE.

Properties: impact resistance, sandbag impact test, and fragment condition compliant with GB 15763.2-2005 (Safety Glass for Building Materials, Part 2 – Tempered Glass). It also complies with AS/NZS 2208:1996, EN 12150-1, CAN/CGSB 12.1-2017, and ANSI Z97.1-2015.

The highest-quality float glass is used in production, free from impurities, which significantly reduces the risk of spontaneous breakage after tempering and extends the service life of the glass.

Artificial turf for padel courts

Professional artificial grass solution

The court is fitted with premium-quality artificial turf specially designed for padel courts. It complies with the GB/T 20394-2006 premium standard for sports artificial grass and offers excellent resistance to wear, UV radiation, fire, and antibacterial properties.

Complies with GB/T 20394-2006 (premium standard for sports artificial turf). This artificial grass model is one of the highest-grade products, specially manufactured for padel courts.

Artificial grass fiber and backing

KDK technology, reinforced backing, and longer service life

The grass fiber material is made from PE plastic granules with high linear density. Thanks to KDK technology and a special manufacturing process, the grass fibers retain their color and shape over a long period, extending the lifespan of the surface.

The backing fabric is made of a double-layer twill weave, which provides greater tear resistance and reduces the risk of wrinkling that may occur due to thick yarns and high density. The reverse side is coated with a polyurethane layer, which maximally secures the fibers and extends the product’s service life.
