Panoramic padel courts

This newly designed panoramic padel court features combined double support columns at the corners, providing greater structural stability and meeting the demands of challenging outdoor conditions. The court was designed by professional mechanical engineers with a focus on resistance to extreme wind loads. The structure can withstand wind speeds of up to 71.5 m/s, while the reinforced configuration can withstand up to 80.5 m/s. All structural components of the court are made from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and maximum safety even in extreme outdoor weather conditions.

Concrete foundation for a padel court

A high-quality padel court must be installed on a properly prepared concrete foundation, as this is the only way to ensure the overall stability and long-term durability of the structure. The dimensions of the concrete foundation for one padel court are 20.8 m in length × 10.8 m in width.

The concrete layer must be at least 15 cm thick, and the foundation must be reinforced with steel bars measuring 1.2 cm in diameter. The spacing between the reinforcement bars must be 25 cm. After the concrete works are completed, professional construction specialists must inspect the foundation to ensure that it is level and meets all installation requirements.

Mesh fence

The mesh fence is made of hot-dip galvanized wire, with a wire diameter of 4 mm, a mesh opening size of 50 × 50 mm, and frame dimensions of 1 × 2 m. The edges of the mesh are additionally treated to protect against scratches and hook formation. The wire mesh is coated with electrostatic zinc powder coating, giving the surface a smooth, aesthetic, durable, and attractive finish.

All technical parameters comply with GB15065-94 and IE60502 standards, and the water absorption rate is 0%. The mesh is manufactured from individually welded monofilaments, which gives the structure greater strength and impact resistance. All welding points are ground and rounded, so there are no protruding or sharp elements. After shot blasting, the mesh surface is coated with high-quality zinc powder, ensuring better coating adhesion, a smoother surface, and a higher aesthetic standard.

Tempered glass with 8 countersunk holes

Compliant with the European standard EN 12150-1 and certified with the CE mark. The set includes 18 glass panels, each measuring 2995 × 1995 mm. The production process uses the highest-quality tempered float glass. Quality control is carried out at every stage of manufacturing. The glass features perfectly polished edges and precisely finished countersunk holes, with no scratches or chips on the surface. These solutions not only provide an aesthetic appearance, but also further increase the strength of the tempered glass.

    • The surface is then coated twice with premium-quality powder paint intended for outdoor use.
  2. Fully automated high-capacity coating line – consistent quality and process precision.
  3. Uniform color without shade variations – high aesthetic quality.
  4. Very strong corrosion protection – long-lasting resistance to rust even in demanding outdoor conditions.

LED lighting system

The court is equipped with IP65-rated waterproof LED lights suitable for outdoor use. The system is easy to install, and the direction of the light can be conveniently adjusted according to the court’s lighting requirements. The lighting consists of 8 groups of LED fixtures, each with a power output of 200 W. The lighting columns are integrated inside the fence, preserving the court’s clean and aesthetic design. The column height is 6000 mm, and the lighting level reaches up to 300 lx, ensuring sufficient and even illumination during play. The luminaire housing is slim, lightweight, and made of next-generation materials intended for outdoor use, ensuring durability and resistance to environmental impact.
