Pre-installation site survey

Before our technicians arrive, please answer a few questions about the site: access, unloading, site conditions and the installation zones. It takes about 5 minutes.

The form is easiest to complete on your phone while you are at the site, as some questions ask for a photo. Your order number is passed on through the link, so you do not need to enter it.

Your answers help us plan delivery and installation without unexpected delays.

Our technicians’ safety. Our technicians work on site all day and must not breathe paint fumes or dust. Dust, paint and moisture also damage the equipment. Please make sure no such work takes place during installation.
