The free-weight zone is built around a long two-tier dumbbell rack loaded with Prime Series CPU Urethane Dumbbells (10-60 kg) with yellow accents, with a row of Prime Series Adjustable Benches lined up along the dumbbell wall.
The barbell zone features a line of EVOLVE power racks set on lifting platforms, each with its own plate storage holding Ultra Series CPU Urethane Colored Bumper Plates in the 5-25 kg colour code, so every rack is ready for squats, presses and Olympic lifts.
Along the wall, a row of EVOLVE Ultra Series selectorized machines gives members guided, easy-to-use stations for full-body machine training.
Beside the panoramic windows stands a row of EVOLVE plate-loaded machines, including an angled leg press, for heavy lower-body and accessory work.
The cardio zone offers a row of EVOLVE Ultra Series Commercial Treadmills with Lemon Gym-branded screens, facing the club’s floor-to-ceiling windows.
