Golem Club has started equipping its gym at VIVO! Bratislava with EVOLVE, from free weights and Ultra Series plate loaded machines to rigs and studio equipment. Here is a closer look at what the project includes, or see the full project page.
Golem Club Chooses Evolve
Located in the VIVO! Shopping Center in Bratislava, Slovakia, Golem Club is a commercial gym built for serious training. The equipment was chosen for high-performance daily use, combining durability with a modern look. The result is a space where strength, functional and free weight training each have their own zone.
Ultra Series Plate Loaded Machines for the Strength Floor
The strength area features Ultra Series plate loaded machines, including the Plate Loaded Row, the Triceps Extension and the Biceps Curl UL-180. They give members a premium and biomechanically efficient way to train. Practical racks and storage, benches and bars and accessories complete the strength setup.
A Functional Zone Built for Performance
The functional and performance zone combines a powerlifting sound and vibration absorption platform with artificial turf, a CrossFit sled, Carbon Series wall balls and powerbags, competition kettlebells, a Suspension Trainer PRO and a 3-in-1 wooden plyo box. A turf lane with a red sled track and rigs gives members room for sled work, lifting and conditioning in one place.
Free Weights With Golem’s Own Identity
The free weight zone includes TPU hexagon dumbbells from 1 to 50 kg, CPU urethane dumbbells from 1 to 10 kg, TPU urethane dumbbells from 10 to 60 kg, TPU urethane weight plates from 1.25 to 25 kg and Hi-Temp X bumper plates from 5 to 25 kg. The project also included custom made free weights with the club’s logo and colour, giving the facility a training identity of its own.
