This project was completed at Panemunės Pool Gym, Lithuania — a modern commercial gym equipped by EVOLVE with a complete range of functional, free-weight, selectorized, and cardio training equipment for daily member use.
The functional training zone is built around a modular EVOLVE cross-functional rig, paired with EVOLVE wall bars and an Ultra Series selectorized cable crossover, giving members space for bodyweight, cable, and multi-grip training in a single area. The rig is loaded with TPU Urethane Competition Kettlebells, Carbon Series Wall Balls, TPU Hexagon Dumbbells, Hi-Temp X Bumper Weight Plates, a Powerlifting Bar, and Carbon Series Powerbags. Standing alongside the rig, a Gym Handles Rack and a Gym Ball Rack keep this equipment organized and within easy reach. The floor in this zone is finished with EVOLVE artificial turf, ideal for sled work and functional drills, and rounded out with a Carbon Series soft plyo box set, an aerobic step, and an AB pad for conditioning and core work.
The free-weight zone is organized around an EVOLVE horizontal dumbbell rack, stocked with a TPU Urethane Dumbbell Set and a Chrome Dumbbells Set for lighter loads, alongside TPU Urethane Weight Plates and a CPU Urethane Fixed Barbells Set, keeping members’ most-used equipment within easy reach.
For strength training, the gym features an EVOLVE Prime Series Smith machine, alongside a Prime Series adjustable Olympic bench, sissy squat and curl bench, AB bench, and dip & pull-up station for a complete range of pressing, core, and bodyweight exercises. The selectorized machine circuit is built around EVOLVE Ultra Series leg extension / leg curl, chest press, arms machine, and leg-press / hack squat stations for guided, single-joint and compound training.
The cardio area is equipped with EVOLVE Ultra Series treadmills, Ultra Series recumbent bikes, and upright bikes, complemented by a Prime Series StepMill with TFT console, positioned along the facility’s large windows for a bright, comfortable training environment.
